Where Can I Go?

In Kenya, the country’s beauty has been scarred by AIDS, poverty & injustice. Zimbabwe, known for its game reserves, is suffering from a severe economic crisis because its residents have the lowest life-expectancy rate in the world – 34. In South Africa, AIDS has decimated families & left millions of orphaned children. And, let’s not forget the crisis faced by African lions, elephants are other big game species. Volunteer opportunities abound here & help is desperately needed. Teams can serve in countries throughout Eastern & Southern Africa.
What kind of volunteer experience are you looking for?
All of our partner projects have been fully vetted. We only work with NGOs that are on the ground 24/7/365, so we can ensure that your efforts are contributing to ongoing solutions, not just offering a quick fix.

In Asia, a continent of vast cultural diversity and breathtaking landscapes, many regions face significant social and economic challenges. Nepal, nestled in the Himalayas and home to the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest, is a country marked by both natural beauty and hardship. Despite its rich cultural heritage and growing tourism industry, Nepal struggles with poverty, limited access to healthcare, and the effects of natural disasters such as earthquakes. Many rural communities lack basic infrastructure and educational resources. Volunteer opportunities in Nepal are plentiful, focusing on health, education, and community development, providing critical support to improve the lives of its people and help preserve its unique cultural legacy.
In Europe, the continent’s rich history and diverse cultures are tempered by ongoing social and economic challenges. Greece, with its ancient heritage and breathtaking islands, continues to recover from a prolonged financial crisis that has impacted unemployment rates and public services. In Romania, known for its scenic Carpathian Mountains and vibrant folklore, unemployment and education drop-out rates have remained very high since the fall of communism, and access to medical care is limited. Both countries offer numerous volunteer opportunities aimed at supporting vulnerable populations, promoting cultural preservation, and enhancing community development.
In South America, the continent’s rich natural beauty and cultural heritage face significant challenges. Bolivia, known for its stunning landscapes like the Uyuni Salt Flats and the Andes mountains, struggles with poverty and limited access to healthcare, especially in rural areas where many indigenous communities live. Ecuador, famous for the Galápagos Islands and its diverse ecosystems, faces issues related to environmental conservation and social inequality. Both countries are working to overcome economic hardships while preserving their unique environments and cultures. Volunteer opportunities are available throughout South America, offering vital support in education, healthcare, and environmental protection, with a special focus on helping vulnerable communities in Bolivia and Ecuador.
